African Dining
During a traditional African dinner the following questions will be discussed: what is the current state of girls’ education in Africa? What are the effects of the current financial crisis? How can the involvement of African diaspora organizations in the Netherlands be increased? Are the recommendations for changes in the organization of development aid, as formulated in the WRR report ‘Minder pretentie, meer ambitie. Ontwikkelingshulp die verschil maakt’ (18 Jan 2010), realistic and achievable?
